Appointment Changes

Dear Patients,

We understand that getting in touch with our practice has been challenging for many of you, despite our efforts to improve accessibility. Your feedback through our recent patient survey has highlighted these ongoing difficulties in reaching us via telephone, and we want to assure you that your concerns have been heard and taken seriously.

To address these challenges and to better serve your needs, we have carefully considered the situation. Starting from Monday, September 2nd, 2024, our appointment system will be exclusively using PATCHS, a system designed to streamline patient-practice communication and reduce the burden of scheduling appointments over the phone.

We recognize the importance of ensuring that this change is inclusive for all our patients. For those who may face difficulties with digital systems, such as vulnerable, elderly, or non-digital patients, rest assured that we have made alternative adjustments to ensure that they are not excluded and will still receive the care they need. We will be reaching out to these patients with the necessary details and arrangements.

Our goal with this change is to make it easier for you to access the care you need while also reducing the strains of the traditional appointment scheduling process. We hope that this transition to PATCHS will not only improve accessibility but also contribute to a smoother and more continuous care experience for each of you.
